    • No VOCs
    • Minimum hazard to handlers.  Though all epoxy systems should be handled with care, the VARY FLEX system is among the least hazardous. It is not a hazardous material per DOT and IATA.
    • Design flexibility. VARY FLEX EPOXY,  is also used as a general-purpose potting, encapsulating, and staking material in microwave devices. Variations in mix ratio affect the cured hardness of the material (thus the name "Vary Flex").


    EPOXY is comprised of two parts:

    1. NO. 45 VARY FLEX EPOXY RESIN, is royal blue in color, supplied in pint or quart cans.
    2. NO. 15 VARY FLEX HARDENER, is amber in color, supplied in pint or quart cans.


    The two materials are sold separately rather than as a kit allowing each customer to use their preferred mix ratios. For connector applications, a typical ratio would be 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener by volume (2.5 to 1 by weight).

     

    环氧树脂，我们和汉高公司联合研发了应用在连接器行业里中的环氧树脂，用来固定连接器中心针。初期是为了满足自己设计的27GHzSMA 转接器需求。由于环氧树脂的优异性能被我好朋友们使用并推广，目前在江浙连接器行业里面大量使用。

    优点：

    介电常数在2.5~2.8之间（需要精确配比，具体数值需要每个连接器设计师摸索）。

    固化强度高，在2：1（环氧2，树脂1）配比情况下能非常高强度保证SMA 中心针的固定。题外话，目前SMA 连接器中心针最好的固定方法环氧树脂固定。

    对操作员无危害，由于我们定制时就跟汉高提出了最严苛的要求，使得我们的环氧是目前全球最安全的产品。

    黑色，固化后的环氧呈现黑琥珀色，表面光洁，美观。

    环氧和固化剂分开销售，而无需做套件来购买。让每个客户按照自己的需求混合比例。通常我们建议是2：1（环氧2，树脂1）。
